My brother Kenny and his lovely wife, Ozge, were in town last week, and I met my nephew for the first time! His name is Derin, and we share the same birthday!

This has been a frustrating day.

Tomorrow is the first day back at work since December 15th. I love being a teacher. Since winter break started, I have made the following accomplishments:
* overcame the flu. twice.
* watched M*A*S*H (the movie). twice.
* rented 6 movies from Netflix
* saw Briana! on New Year's Eve!
